About

I'm a Computer Systems Technician – Information Technology Infrastructure and Services graduate from Conestoga College. My background includes hands-on experience with IT support, Windows systems, networking, cloud technologies, and virtualization.

Most recently, I worked as an IT Field Operations Student Technician at Conestoga College, supporting PCs, classroom technology, A/V equipment, system maintenance, and end users. I also completed an IT Support internship where I gained practical experience with UniFi networking, hardware, and on-site technical support.

I'm currently interested in entry-level roles involving IT support, infrastructure, networking, systems, and cloud technologies.
